Washington Aircraft Dealer License Bond

An Aircraft Dealer License Bond is required by the Aviation Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation for those licensed to engage in or continue in the business as an aircraft dealer, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 47.68.250 and RCW 82.48.100. The surety bond ensures that the licensed aircraft dealer will at all times faithfully perform all business related obligations in accordance with state laws and codes. Further, the bonded aircraft dealer is indemnify and save harmless the state of Washington from any costs and damages resulting from violations or non-compliance with these requirements.
