An Appraisal Management Company Bond (AMC Bond) is a surety bond required by the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board. The condition of the obligation is set forth in Nebraska Revised Statute § 76-3203(4) whereby a surety bond must be executed in favor of the State of Nebraska and any individual damaged financially as a result of violations of the Nebraska Appraisal Management Company Registration Act by the bonded principal.
