A Non-degree Postsecondary School Bond is a type of surety bond required for those desiring to operate a Non-Degree Postsecondary School in the District of Colombia. The surety bond is conditioned upon the licensed private school complying with the provisions of the D.C. Higher Education Licensure Commission Act of 1976, D.C. Law 1-104 (D. C. Code Sec. 38-1302, et. seq.) and all regulations pertaining to business conduct for which such license is granted.
