What is an Oklahoma Private School Bond?
Private Vocational Schools licensed to operate in Oklahoma are required to furnish a surety bond under Title 70 O.S. Section 21-101 et seq. The surety bond is required by the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools before the private school can commence operations. The surety bond obligates the principal to faithfully perform all of the terms and conditions of all contracts entered into between the vocational school and all enrolled students.
