California Guide (Fish & Game) License Bonds

The Guide License Surety Bond is required by those who have applied to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife for a guide license. The surety bond is mandated pursuant to California Fish and Game Code § 2541 and it guarantees compliance with all of the provisions of Division 3, Chapter 5 of the California Fish and Game Code, and all regulations set out by the Department including meeting all obligations, faithful performance of services, and regard for the safety and welfare of such clients.
