Georgia Immigration Assistance Provider Bond

An Immigration Assistance Provider Bond is a type of surety bond required by the Georgia Professional Licensing Board. The surety bond is for those having applied to the Secretary of State of the State of Georgia for registration as Immigration Assistance Providers pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 43-20A-4 et seq.
