Florida Manufactured Housing Bonds are license and permit surety bond required to guarantee dealers, installers, and manufacturers licensed in the state conduct business in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and without engaging in fraudulent practices that are harmful to consumers. The surety bond amounts required for each discipline are as follows;

Dealers - $25,000 bond for 4 or less locations, $50,000 for 5 or more locations

Intallers - $5,000 bond

Manufacturers - $50,000 bond
