What is an Arkansas Pest Control Bond?
A surety bond is required by The Arkansas State Plant Board for licensed Arkansas pest control businesses including termite and other structural pest, and household pest and rodent control providers. The surety bond is specifically for those who have taken all necessary legal steps required by the Arkansas State Plant Board of the State of Arkansas to qualify as a Pest Control Operator and performing other acts as needed to comply with all requirements of Act 488 of 1975 and Regulations made under the authority of this Act. The surety bond ensures compliance with the Laws of the State of Arkansas pertaining to Pest Control. Furthermore, the bond may be canceled by the surety company with thirty days written cancellation notice to the Arkansas State Plant Board.
