Colorado Promoter Bonds (Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts)

The Colorado Office of Boxing and Boxing Commission along with the Colorado Combative Sports Commission require that a surety bond be furnished by Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts Promoters (MMA). The surety bond ensures compliance with the laws, rules and policies outlined in the Colorado statute. In general, the bond protects against fraudulent practices, misrepresentation or unethical conduct on the part of the promoter.
