Arkansas Tire Transporter Bond

A Used Tire Licensed Transporter Bond is a type of surety bond required in Arkansas and issued In compliance with the Arkansas Used Tire Recycling and Accountability Act A.C.A § 8-9-401 et. seq. The surety bond is bound to the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), as Obligee, in the coverage amount of $10,000 for payment of valid actions arising out of or related to bonded principal's failure to promptly pay all amounts due to the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, or strictly comply with the above mentioned Act or other state regulations.
