What is a Colorado Wildlife Agent Bond?
Wildlife Agents may post a surety bonds in order to satisfy Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) requirements of proof of financial responsibility. The surety bond must be in an amount sufficient to ensure the remittance of license sales. The initial amount of the surety will be determined by CPW based on license sales sold in your geographical area. After 12 months, your agency will be required to be bonded in an amount according to your highest 10 consecutive days of sales.
