Washington Agricultural Products Dealer Bonds

Washington Agricultural Products Dealers who have applied to the Washington State Department of Agriculture for a license to operate as a dealer in the state in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 20.01 RCW must also furnish and maintain an active surety bond. The bond is conditioned upon the agricultural products dealer's faithful adherence to all the provisions of Chapter 20.01 RCW pertaining to dealers and all obligations of the law and other rules and regulations as established by the state of Washington. Cancellation of the surety bond will be effective 30 days after the day a written request is received by the Department of Agriculture from the surety company.
