Arizona Aircraft Dealer Bonds

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), MVD Aircraft Registration Unit requires aircraft dealers to post surety bonds to ensure payment and performance of all applicable duties and obligations including compliance with state statutes, timely filing of reports and payment of all taxes, interest, penalties and related amounts, and any other duties as imposed pursuant to State of Arizona and the Rules and Regulations of the ADOT.
