Nebraska Motor Club Service Company Bond

Nebraska Motor Club Service Companies must furnish a type of surety bond called a Motor Club Service Indemnity Bond. This surety bond serves as security required by the Nebraska Revised Statutes §44-3709 and 44-3710. The Motor Club Service Indemnity Bond is conditioned upon faithful performance of all obligations to members or subscribers who have entered into a written contract or agreement with the bonded Motor Club Service Company.
