Nevada Bail Agent Bond

The conditions of this obligation are such that if the principal and applicant is granted a bail agent license, he shall perform the duties of a bail agent in accordance with Nevada laws and shall account to the State of Nevada and to any person requesting him to execute bail bonds or to solicit business on his behalf.
