What is an Arizona Motor Vehicle Title Bond?
The state of Arizona requires a Motor Vehicle Title Bond when a vehicle owner needs to establish legal ownership of the vehicle. Arizona Title Bonds are issued for a 3 year term in an amount equal to 1.5 times the vehicles value. The state of Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will determine your vehicle's value and provide you with the required bond amount as the first step.
