Tennessee Child and Adult Care Food Program

The Tennessee Department of Human Services may require a Food Program Sponsor Bond for participants in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to comply with state guidelines as well as federal guidelines set forth by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). The bond is commonly required to be $50,000 bond amount.
