Kansas Contractor License Bonds

Contractor surety bonds are required by various cities, counties, and other local municipalities across the state of Kansas. Kansas City, Wichita, Emporia, and Garden City are among the the more common cities that require contractors to become bonded to ensure compliance with the licensing or permitting guidelines.
