Arizona Defensive Driving School Bonds

A Defensive Driving School Surety Bond is required in Arizona for those who have applied to the Certification and Licensing Division of the Arizona Supreme Court for a certificate to conduct the business of defensive driving for diversion of traffic citations pursuant to Title 28, Chapter 8, Article 7 of the Arizona Revised Statutes. This surety bond must be provided in order to comply with the provisions ofArizona Revised Statutes ACJA § 7-205, as amended.
