Oregon Employment Agency Bonds

An Employment Agency Bond is a type of surety bond required in Oregon pursuant to O.R.S. § 658.075 for those seeking to operate as an employment agency in the state. The surety bond obligates the employment agency to comply with all applicable statutes, pay all monies legally due to any person when the employment agency or its agents have received such monies, pay any and all damages owed by reason of any willful misrepresentation, fraud, deceit or other unlawful act or omission by the employment agency, and pay all monies legally due to any employee of the employment agency.
