Arizona Motor Fuel Supplier Bond

A Motor Fuel Supplier Bond is a type of surety bond required for those making application to the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation for a license to be a supplier of motor fuels pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 28, Chapter 16, Articles 1 and 2. The motor fuel supplier surety bond ensures the bonded principal performs all acts and duties required by law and pays to the State of Arizona as mandated by law all taxes, fees, interest, fines or other monies due from the supplier. This surety bond may be cancelled through 60 days written notice to the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation from the surety company.
