Outfitters Performance or Fish & Game License Bonds

A License or Performance Bond is required for Outfitters/Designated Agents and Fish and Game License Vendors by the State of Idaho Outfitters and Guide Licensing Board for those entities, their agents and employees. The penal amount of the bond is $10,000 for the Performance Bond and varies for the License Bond. The surety bond is conditioned upon proper conduct by the business as a License Vendor or Outfitter pursuant to the terms required by Title 36, Chapter 21, Idaho Code, otherwise known as the Idaho Outfitters & Guides Act. The bond also requires that the principal faithfully perform contracts and duties to patrons without fraud or fraudulent representation.
