Oklahoma Pawnshop License Bond

A Pawnshop License Bond is required for pawnbrokers licensed to transact business in the state of Oklahoma. The penal sum or limit of the surety bond is $5,000 and it is mandated pursuant to the Oklahoma Pawnshop Act, Title 59, Section 1501. The surety bond guarantees ethical business conduct and compliance with all provisions of the statute up to full penal sum of the bond.
