California Pest Control Bonds

The State of California Department of Pesticide Regulation requires a Pest Control Licensee Bond for those who have applied to the Director of Pesticide Regulation for licensing to conduct the business of pest control. The provisions os the California Food and Agricultural Code mandate that the bond is executed to enhance the principal's financial ability to satisfy financial obligations related to illness, injury, or damages resulting from the work authorized by the pest control license. The bond is continuous until canceled by the surety company.
