New Mexico Private Investigator or Patrol Operator Bond

A Private Investigator or Private Patrol Operator License Bond is required by the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department Private Investigations Advisory Board. The surety bond ensures compliance with all provisions of Chapter 247, New Mexico Session Laws 1965 and the rules and regulations provided by the Attorney General. The bonded principal and all employees must conduct the business of Private Investigator or Private Patrol Operator in lawful and ethical manner, observing all provisions and requirements of law.
