Florida Process Server Bonds

Those who have applied for certification as Process Servers with certain Florida judicial circuits must furnish a $5,000 surety bond to ensure faithful performance of the duties of the office as prescribed by law. The surety bond is issued for the benefit of any person who has been wrongfully injured financially by any malfeasance, misfeasance or incompetence of the principal with regard to the duties as a Process Server.
