Washington Commercial Fundraiser Bond

A Commercial Fundraiser Bond is a type of surety bond required in Washington for those registered with the Secretary of State of the State of Washington, as set forth in the state statures, Chapter 19.09 RCW. This surety bond is issued for the benefit of the State of Washington and to any person or entity having a cause of action against the bonded fundraiser, its members, officers, employees, subsidiaries, and subcontractors for malfeasance or misfeasance in the conduct of solicitation activities. The surety bond continues in full force and may be cancelled by the surety with forty-five day notice to the Secretary of State.
