Vehicle Title Service Bond

A Title Service Bond must be posted and maintained active as part of the licensing process for title service companies conducting business in the State of Arizona. This surety bond is for those making application to the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation for a license as provided in ARS Title 28, Chapter 12, Article 1. The surety bond is issued for the benefit of any person who suffers a monetary loss due to unlawful acts by the principal, non-payment by the title service company of a title, registration, other related fee or tax, or discontinuance of business.
