California SAG-AFTRA Franchised Talent Agency Bond

The Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists requires that franchised talent agencies furnish a SAG-AFTRA Surety Bond to ensure compliance with all the laws and regulations governing talent agencies in the state. The purpose of the surety bond is to indemnify any persons injured or damaged or who may suffer financial losses due to any wrongful act of the bonded talent agency.
