Commercial Telephone Seller Bond

A Commercial Telephone Seller Bond is a type of telemarketing surety bond required for those who have applied to the Oklahoma Attorney General for registration as a Commercial Telephone Seller as set forth in Title 15, Section 775A.1-4. The purpose of the Commercial Telephone Seller Bond is to protect any person who may have cause of action against the bonded telemarketer or its employees for unethical conduct or violations of state law as it pertains to the telemarketing business practices.
