The Vehicle Damage Appraiser Bond is a type of surety bond required by the Nevada Division of Insurance Department of Business and Industry The total coverage or aggregate liability for this bond is limited to $2,500. The surety bond guarantees up to the stated limit that the principal and applicant who is granted a Nevada Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers' license shall faithfully perform all required duties as prescribed by state law and the Nevada Division of Insurance Department. The surety may cancel this bond and be relieved of further liability hereunder by providing thirty days written notice to the Commissioner of Insurance. Otherwise, this surety bond remain in full force and effect until the surety is released from liability through a written order of the Commissioner of Insurance.
