What is a Vehicle Inspector Bond?
A Vehicle Inspector Bond is required by the state to ensure that the bonded principal conducts inspections in compliance with the standards and conditions of the contract. The bond may also require that the bonded principal pays losses, damages and expenses sustained by an owner or purchaser of any salvage or assembled motor vehicle, including their vendees or successors in title, resulting from a failed or negligent inspections.
